This collection is inspired by the beautiful Henna body art traditions of India and the Middle East. The Artist’s vision was to create jewelry that feels organic, as if the women carrying the Henna traditions sat down with the wearer and drew it on her body in silver.

From the Artist:
“I love henna art, as it is a part of my tradition coming from the Middle East. Henna drawings become red on the skin, originating from the Henna leaves. It is an ancient tradition that my female ancestors practiced as well. Henna is associated with joy and celebration and is considered sacred. It is practiced in happy occasions like weddings, or in travel, as a way to express wishes for protection and blessings for a successful and safe journey. The beautiful drawings stay with the bride and groom or the travelers for a long time after the event. It is a very spiritual connection”.
“My first personal experience with it was at the Henna ceremony on the night before my wedding. I felt very special and different as all the ceremony of the Henna was done by special women in my life - mostly my mom and her sisterhood of girlfriends. I could still see the stains on my hands three to four weeks after the wedding. It became a happy reminder of that night and the transformation I went through”.
“The next time I experienced this tradition of Henna drawings was on our honey moon, in Lamu Islands in Africa. I was explained by local women performing the ritual that when you leave to go on a journey, you get special drawings that symbolize protection. It was a kind of a farewell gift. It reminds you of your roots and family as you reach a new place in your life. It reminds you lovingly you are not alone. I cherish those drawings. I didn’t want them to go away”
 - Hono Necklace

The Artist’s vision was to create jewelry that feels organic, as if the Pacific island Tattoo artist sat down with the wearer and drew the meaningful symbols on their body in silver.

From the Artist:
“When I found myself in Hawaii, half the world away from home, I was at the end of a very long journey and about to embark on a new one of living in the Islands. Noticing their beautiful meaningful body art, evoked in me the connection back to where I come from. I connected back to my Henna drawings and what they mean to me as an artist, a woman, and as an Israeli who grew up surrounded by this beautiful traditions of the Middle East. That is when I deeply felt the wisdom behind these ancient body art traditions from all around the globe – they help achieve meaning, connection and belonging among the people carrying them”

 - Carnival Bracelet
This limited Edition was inspired by the beauty of the Hawaiian island Maui, where Galit, the artist, is now residing. Beauty is a powerful healer. The abundance of rainbows at day and the magical moon-bows of the nights, the soft loving drops of Maui rain on the face, the flowers and waterfalls on the sides of the road to Hana, the lush green and blue - All are a healing flow of love that embraces you through the different senses. I wanted to bring that warmth to each piece of jewelry in this collection. Together with the healing properties of the gems and metals, this is a collection I created as an artist, a mother, a child, and a healer, herself in the process of healing. It is dedicated with love, light and healing to all of you women out there seeking the same.

 - Red Sand Beach Necklace
This is the gallery of some of Galit's one-of-a kind jewelry that she has created in the past. It is influenced by her Israeli spiritual roots of the Kabala, and her current inspiration from the beauty of the Hawaiian Islands and beaches. As a jewelry designer and a painter, Galit treats the neck of a woman as a canvas. The mixing of the colors of the gems and metals is done to create a painting, or a frame to the true work of art ever - the woman who wears the jewelry art piece.
